Primal Geometry Lifetime Warranty:
Here at Primal Geometry, we take pride in our products. All of our products are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship affecting the function of the product for its entire lifetime. Normal wear and tear from use of the product such as but not limited to scratches, dents and dings are not considered a warranty issue. Theft or loss of the product, attempted modification of the product and “Acts of God'' are not covered in the warranty.
Primal Geometry is under no circumstance liable for incidental or consequential damage to non Primal Geometry products or property used in connection with any Primal Geometry products.
How long is this warranty?
The warranty is good for the LIFETIME of the product for the original purchaser.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Reach out to us at support@primalgeometry.com with:
- A description of the issue
- Pictures of the issue
- The original receipt or proof of purchase
We will then be in touch to resolve your issue with troubleshooting, replacement parts, or a complete replacement of the product.
